Though really I'm even more convinced now reading through confessionals that "lol 3rd live challenge and swap in a row" is what doomed me, here. I just didn't have the energy to keep coming to live challenges. I was getting evicted and having to find a new place. Like one week of downtime is all I needed, and instead, I got exiled and was just taking de facto fifth place on that tribe.

Hey kloud -- I'm trying to get better @ graphic design for hobbyist purposes and also dabbling in it for some stuff @ my work, would it be possible for me to peep some of your raw PSD files to see exactly how you put the graphics together?

I dunno -- I think twists are just part of the game, and usually, that's fine. My specific grievances were that the swap was decided via a 10 minute live challenge which I showed up for exactly as the last person had already denounced someone, and that it sent me to exile (where I got an idol, but it was public, and couldn't be used any round except the next round) and left me out of contact with EVERYONE during the most crucial round of the game. Like that was the first chance we got to mix and mingle, and I was locked away in exile because "sorry you didn't show up to the third live challenge in a row"

I think my game experience has spoiled me to enjoying tribe swaps decided by the players instead of random happenstance. Although the first time probably wasn't what I'd call enjoyable.. I didn't get how exactly the live swap was decided as a spectator actually, what exactly happened there to force you into exile?

Each player had to "denounce" someone else and it would put them on separate tribes.

The odd one out got exiled.

I showed up 10 minutes late to the challenge and already missed it.
