VOTE: Aristocow

I still hate his play in a he's playing bad way but this doesn't have any of the awkward desperation to be liked/townread that triggered me to him in 1750.
He's a lot more self assured which feels sort of towny here. Not like 1750 where he was awkwardly derping all over the place.
This read became strengthened a significant amount by ~reasons~ that can't be disclosed but I'm fairly sure that Aristo's scum here.
Is this post about me or Shos primarily?

First two = shos.
Last one = you.

I note that you're not actually commenting on it or anything else in the game.

But I looked over his ISO and it wasn't quite like I had remembered it being.
Anyway, at the very least Aristo/Cow need to stop lurksaucing.

Getting stupid at this point.
We will. I promise a substantial catchup tomorrow. We got a storm here and I had to work through my planned catchup times.
Haven't heard from TheCow in a while, unsure what's up there.

I honestly considered replacing out, as I have been useless, but I am going to give this a final push and get set here. If I do not, then I will replace out by the night phase.

Sorry to all!

Question though, why am I being scumread? We literally haven't done anything. Haven't read the thread. Nothing!
I understand this is antitown and hurts the game, but how does it indicate scum?

That's because I haven't read the game...
It just so happened that I saw the vote and I figured I'd see what's up.

Is an absence with fluffy proddodge that appear helpful townie than a blatant "I have not read the thread?"

Eagle I think you are reading waaaay too much into 'textbook' tells. These dont work, or at best, statistically work, and as a math guy, statistics lie.

Was going to go more in depth on this. I use textbook words/phrases but my method is a bit more complicated, see opening to YCBA. I just... I'm not good enough with words to explain my method reasoning in a way that doesn't cause a the entire game to just start discussing game theory.

I disagree, his votes look opportunistic and he's using AtE when Alch corners him.

What points to him being Town?

Iron if you don't put some fucking work in instead of crying about how you don't like to play town.
I hate people who don't put in an effort as town. They're the reason that I'm starting to dislike playing town.
I think you're town but I'm not defending you if you're going to play like this.

In post 557, Extrapolated Eagle wrote:"Oh you have a read and it hasn't changed since the beginning of the day you're inflexible" is the most bs sentence I've heard in quite a while. Really? How is scum reading someone and then not having a town read on them appear put of nowhere a normal thing to do?

I have difficulty taking you seriously, you're just repeating buzzwords. I think it's probably faked confidence because you have made no attempt to sort Raskolnikov after you made your first post. You didn't seem to consider how he responded to your vote, or take any opportunity to change or strengthen your read.

Since when is "inflexible" even a freaking thing?

You might need to add it to your list of "scumtells".

Indeed, your argument is quite convincing. Town do sometimes mistake their meta knowledge, but it appears that in this case, Raskol seems to be lying for scum-motivated purposes.

In post 589, iraonavp wrote:I'll say that I'm pretty sure you replaced into a scum-aligned slot to start with.

Are you sure about that? May I ask, then, why your vote has never been on Holly and Sugar? I'm trying to search for it, but do pardon me if I have missed evidence of your suspicions towards my slot.

In post 589, iraonavp wrote:Do you agree with Extrapolated Eagle, and think that Raskolnikov is scum-aligned?

Yes, I do. Would you like to provide arguments to debunk or rebut those made by Alchemist or Eagle?

In post 590, iraonavp wrote:Actually, we don't have time for this, only 1.5 days.

That escalated quickly. I understand that a completely unknown player replacing in, and immediately putting pressure may be unnerving and unsettling, but do be aware that your hurried and panicked reaction may lead some negative impressions of you.

In post 578, AristoCow wrote:I honestly considered replacing out, as I have been useless, but I am going to give this a final push and get set here. If I do not, then I will replace out by the night phase.

Good day to you Aristophanes,

Pardon me for being blunt here, but my advice is for you to focus on your real life commitments. Some players might be waiting for a chance to replace into the game.
