I think having one designated UK leader, Scandinavian leader, and Russian leader makes sense, so we do have a tiebreaker if we need it.

I see you sitting back waiting to take advantage of a misstep from your neighbors. You've over-allied yourself and don't have a year one move that could possibly see you making gains unless it comes at the expense of one of your allies. What's your plan?

Supporting my allies. Joint victories are a thing, and not every country needs to earn a territory in the first year anyway.

I'll speak for Russia here. I believe our current plan is to expand toward the west and support our Scandinavian allies rather than bother you lovely Turks.

Berlin to Prussia

We force Warsaw to make a choice. Fight with us against the russians, or die as we all support Budapest's troop into Warsaw.

Honestly, I'm kind of on the verge of saying "anyone who supports me in killing Axxle from this game, can have Berlin".

The former won't work if light blue attacks Warsaw and the latter won't work if yellow attacks with light blue supporting. (At least I don't think so?) If I support cheery holding he'll survive.
