While it is true that mafia read the game topic more then townies, typically speaking, we should be careful of play that can be easily handwaved as a mistake because it creates a false sense of security.

It seems that you find it unreasonable for Killthestory to be suspicious of you at this time. This is not especially persuasive to me because I feel that there are at least a few good reasons to be suspicious of you (your absence when SirCakez was lynched, your failure to read him or interact with him at any point, your position on the alternative wagon that SirCakez was reluctant to join). TWO prod dodges, that started over Easter weekend while I was heavily distracted with R/L here in Grand Central. Remember that I was V/LA at the time of the first prodge.

So I come back, I'm skimming through to catch up, and I see TWO prod dodges. Whenever I see that, I automatically decide that the party in question is Scum, because the only Townies that do that are trolls.

A different day, another read-through and many cups of coffee later I put him back in the Town pile. The two prodges aren't a good look, but everything else looks very Townish to me.

That was a tough game for Scum. My first partner panicked over his role PM and got lynched D1, my second partner didn't last much longer. It was a bitch trying to carry that game solo.

Btw Ranger, at this point it's ok if you don't get an answer on what Beeboy voted, as at worst it would have tied the vote with Taxation and I would have had to assume Taxation won through RNG.

For people who were wondering why I was interested in the protest votes, I think No Quartering was something Town could have voted for but scum would have never voted for, and was hoping that scum players would claim voting for it for towncred. I was hoping that would lead to a discrepency between the claimed protests and what actually won, and we could have a greatly reduced lynchpool where we knew there was a false claim.

Unfortunately that didn't happen. In retrospect I probably should have suggested scum wouldn't vote no quartering when I first asked for claims to incentivize scum to lie. At least now I can reasonably say Pip is Town because of this.

Btw Ranger, at this point it's ok if you don't get an answer on what Beeboy voted, as at worst it would have tied the vote with Taxation and I would have had to assume Taxation won through RNG.

For people who were wondering why I was interested in the protest votes, I think No Quartering was something Town could have voted for but scum would have never voted for, and was hoping that scum players would claim voting for it for towncred. I was hoping that would lead to a discrepency between the claimed protests and what actually won, and we could have a greatly reduced lynchpool where we knew there was a false claim.

Unfortunately that didn't happen. In retrospect I probably should have suggested scum wouldn't vote no quartering when I first asked for claims to incentivize scum to lie. At least now I can reasonably say Pip is Town because of this.
