MattP, I'd just like to point out that most likely, OGML will be taking Belgium when he retreats. It gives him an extra supply center and gives him more footing to target France. If he doesn't, then good on him, and he's definitely an ally that you can trust. But if not, note how he has been pointing out how he wants you to keep Holland and Belgium and how he quickly went back on that when the opportunity arose.
