It is, but I get why he's playing conservatively, given his role and influence. It may be odd, but I think it is more likely a town-driven oddness. As scum, the extra power would be great for him to get shit done his way.

I mean, that's a legit reason. Neighbourhoods are great for forming reads. You were duped in one iirc in one of our games (by Plot?) but used it as a strong reason for townreading him, along with his play inthread. This is how RC is reading Nahdia. What's wrong with that??
