   3. You cannot add people to an existing topic. If you wish to talk to someone else, you need to create a new topic including them.
   4. There is no limit to the number of topics you can create.
   5. Please note this is still moderator-provided communication.
      This means the same rules which apply to mason/neighborhood/mafia/etc. topics apply: no sharing the link, no direct quoting from it, etc., not even to another topic. (Exception: mafia can quote any private information from a topic they share with a townie into their official mafia topic.)
      • As this is moderator-provided communication, attempts to circumvent/shortcut are disallowed: you cannot create the topics yourself, nor can you communicate via PM/instant message/etc. These, just like in a normal game, are modkillable offenses. Have patience and wait for ME to make the topic for you.
