Bounty Hunter need to name the player he wants the double vote on before the night end or a random player will be chosen.
Jinada might double any kind of gifted vote as well.

Bounty Hunter receive this feedback starting a new day if his passive is activated : "You have a double vote on [player] only as your first vote."
Track results are like : "The tracked player visited [player(s)] last night" or "The tracked player didn't visit anyone last night."
If the Bounty is taken all the players effected will receive : "All your ability cooldowns reset"

I feel its fairly obvious but here is an example! for her vote mechanics :

Player A targeted B during the day. B targeted C. If luna target A with only "Moon glaive" C will have Luna's vote on. If she has Lunar Blessing as well A and B will have her vote as well. something like :

A (1) : Luna
B (1) : Luna
C (1) : Luna

it won't get redirected more than 2 times allowing luna to cast 3 votes with one. two might end up on one if there is a middle person :
A -> B -> A

A (2) : Luna , Luna
B (1) : Luna

Instead of 'Luna' Its the player name who is playing her.

Blessing janit effect removal will go through all the ablities that hide a person identity even phoenix Supernova.

There might be a twilight mechanics to cancel the lynch though but thats not related to luna.

10	Light strike array will be self-castable.	Dragon Slave will hide the number of votes on the target when the vote is on them.

Lina [Intelligence]
- Dragon Slave [n][2c]: Lina channels the breath of a dragon, sending out a wave of fire that will put an invisible vote on her target if no on else is targeting them that night.
- Light Strike Array [n][2c]: Summons a column of flames on a slot which will role block whoever visit that slot that night.
- Fiery Soul [p]: If you cast a successful ability, you will get an extra vote only for the next cycle. These extra votes are disabled in mylo/lylo.
- Laguna Blade

[n][2c]: Eliminate someone. Nothing can redirect the kill or prevent it. This does not bypass any type of commuting.

Notes

She gain an extra vote if she kill someone with faction kill/Laguna blade , vote someone with dragon slave , successfully roleblock anyone with Light strike array. If she uses a gifted ability she get an extra vote if she cast them successful.

Fiery soul is not stackable unless with the related talent.

A cast is considered successful if it get casted and effect. Blocking / commuting / protecting will fail an action. redirecting won't fail an action.

Her Laguna Blade won't kill commuted people. Same will apply for target blocks (typical commute) for example if she target phoenix while she is doing Icarus Dive , the kill will fail. but if she target the one phoenix dived to , the main owner of that slot will die as laguna blade will bypass redirection.

The people under effect of Light strike array will receive "Something is stopping you from performing any actions."
By triggering her passive she will get this feedback"You have an extra vote sticked to your main vote today."

The design of Dota Mafia Night action resolution for the abilities which are already here is complete and I will post it later tonight!

A new way of Picking is Captains Mode !
Captains Mode : at start each team has 24 hours to pick a captain. Captains will announce 5 bans each. If they call the same hero one random hero will be banned as well. after that 3 (as in 10 player game)/6 (as in 20 players game) of the players in each team will send in their pick and can ban 4/2 other heroes each if they pick two similar hero they both will get one of their bans and the picked hero will get banned instead. In this phase 30/36 heroes must get picked or banned (If there are less , the rest will be picked randomly).After this phase all the picked and ban's heroes will be announced as picked/banned in the game thread in no particular order.
Captains will ban another 5 heroes each. and the picking method will be implemented again for the 2/4 remaining players in each team.

Notes

Wind may send her powershot after one or two nights (dealing one or two votes on her target)

If she start focus fire her current vote will get an extra each 48 hours after casting Focus Fire.

Icarus Dive will commute Phonix on another slot. she will be targeted instead of that slot (if she successfully target that slot though - see night action resolution which I didn't posted yet *facepalm* ).

After casting Fire Spirits she gets four shots of the ability of "launching Fire Spirit"

She may change her target of sunray ending the hated effect on them and putting it on a new slot without need to recast the spell. She can end the effect whenever she wants to end the hated effect on both her target and herself.

Supernova will jail the target and debuff all the abilities casted on them (and whatever effect is on them already) for example it will cancel a powershot cast or Enchantress ultimate.

Notifications and Feedbacks

"You received four charges of "Fire Spirit" that you may launch them with day active / 1 cycle cooldown "Launching Fire Spirit" ability that will roleblock your targets for the next 24 hours during day phase.

After debuff of supernova ; If an active ability with uncasting notification get uncasted , that player will receive the uncasting notify.

Icarus Drive force Phoenix to be hit instead of her target :like an extended bodyguard. and will make her commuted from her slot
wind can't be lynched in the next 48 hours after casting this ability. she will be lynched at the end of 48 hours if she has enough votes to get lynched.
