A: Use any action verb of your choice, like this:

shake and throw: soft drink

Q: What's the diff between a soft drink and a granola bar?
A: There is a difference. One hurts more than the other! Use common sense... don't toss your soft drink unless you mean it.

Q: What are Bad Behavior Notes?
A: If you misbehave, some players are allowed to give out bad behavior notes. Other players can lose them.

Q: Can I give out fake Bad Behavior Notes?
A: Sure you can. I do count them, though not the fake ones, but the count is not public knowledge... you know, schools these days are sensitive about confidentiality issues.

Q: Can I pretend to lose Bad Behavior Notes?
A: Sure you can. That's naughty, but not illegal.

I can't tell you much, the school is pretty strict following the confidentiality guidelines set by the school board administration. As you can see, some players have the power to hand them out to naughty players. It's a kind of civilized disciplinary action we resort to with some regret, we'd prefer canings and whippings of course.
