Probably should've put him on sedatives before I did that. :S

My angle was there was something wacky in testosterone levels. Not sure if there's anything to that now.

Those both ought to be given information. Patients are usually hooked up to a heart rate monitor and they should measure blood pressure on admittance.

Put on gloves and tell the parents I'm doing a rectal exam to get them out of the room.

Diagnosis: Wrong patient file.
Action: Be grumpy to the nurses until they have found the real one.
I assumed that was a House eccentricity.
It was the title of the previous case. I'm assuming Kuroi forgot to change it.

In post 95, Kappy wrote:Yes, I'm leaning towards bulimia. My questions leaned towards that. I doubt it's pheochromocytoma, because that's not something I've heard of, and he's said it would be common diseases. I didn't even expect it to be IED.
There was a case of pheochromocytoma on the show. A death row inmate who experienced these episodes of rage. That's about where the similarities end, he also had cardiac symptoms and hypoxia.

Might as well keep going. @.@

Question to the parent and patient:

Have you recently gotten into any fights at school?
Procedure:

Check the patient's catecholamine levels in blood serum.

Does the condition have to be treatable or can the patient be terminal and we still get credit for correctly diagnosing him?

It appears that way, Dr. God. Given his age, my best guess is CJD but I suppose it could also be a freak case of early-onset Alzheimer's.

I love the flavor text. You nailed Cuddy and House's deadpan snark pretty well and the drug seeking behavior you gave Anti really compliments his real alcoholism.
