The towngames were Nightless vengeful mayhem 613 http://forum.mafiascum.net/viewtopic.php?f=51&t=63741 Mini 1782 http://forum.mafiascum.net/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=65928 Mafia cafe mini 1709 http://forum.mafiascum.net/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=63042 and Newbie 1537 of which I saw later it's over a year ago, but still fits with the other towngames.

Because the answer is obvious and boring. I wanted to see if he'd ISO me and figure it out even if he doesn't want to read the whole thread. If you actually look at the post he's referring to, and where my vote was at that time, it'd be obvious to you as well.

He could be lying, and he certainly could be a Mafia Neapolitan, but now that he's locked into a claim we'll have more information to judge his alignment as the game continues (in addition to his results, we can also judge whether Neapolitan is more likely to be Town or Mafia if we see some other Town/Mafia roles flip, or after mass claim).

I'll look at JohnnyFarrar next, and Kappy is still on my list of suspicious characters.

is there some hidden ratio here that makes Neapolitan >80% town or something?

I imagine that when making the role list for this game GreyICE didn't flip a coin for every role that could potentially help either scum or town to determine which alignment it would be.
Later in the game, when we have more flips, we can look at the setup and figure out which it would need more: a town Neapolitan or a scum Neapolitan.
We have 0 flips, are incapable of doing that today, and so shouldn't lynch the claimed cop.

From my limited look at his games, I'm willing to write Johnny's behavior off as being playstyle for now. Might come back later.

I still think that Kappy is a good vote.

In addition to earlier things, the vote for Masquerade in 660 has tremendously poor justification for this stage of the game and gives no indication that he thought about the slot's earlier behavior (Mizzytastic was listed beside Persivul as most likely to be Town in the last list of reads that Kappy provided in 181--that's a long time ago, but it's not as though Kappy has mentioned the slot since then either).
Content remains light, so it's hard to make definitive statements, but the way the vote is immediately rescinded in 663 indicates that he didn't have any other justification for the vote (which just makes it worse that the vote was tossed out without Kappy actually looking into the rules to see whether that information was public or not).

Species because they are non existent and the slot before them was even more so.
Then I would have to look at the champions of the Karnos wagon. Someone would have had to been pushing that pretty hard.
