Well that's good, sounds like my suspicions of Haschel were wrongfounded.

Reasonings for rejecting before the results came through: I do not trust Haschel here. A brief skim over the first game should have given him data on everyone sending themselves. Even those scum won that in three straight sets.

I'm going to say that even though it was a success, there was one scum on the mission. There were only 3 rejects, 2 from proposed members. Scum accepted this proposal because there was one scum on there. Otherwise, there may have been more rejects, no?

Assuming the three from the first mission were resistance, the last resistance player was therefore between you piggy and Monty according to my reads. There was enough room to gamble on those all being correct.
