Just claiming PR works,
Scum are either forced into a fake claim which makes it likely that we can out them day 3 when we do full claims or they claim VT and we lynch within VT claims.

Also giving scum limited window of kills increases chances town protectives protect a investive townie.
Since everything is limited to one night it doesn't matter if the PRs live forever, because literally all PR exist essentially for one night alone.

We really shouldn't have lynched fucking KTS yesterday.
