While I'm not certain town will play out the optimal strat that CFJ describes, even otherwise the setup is a slightly more scumsided tracker+doc vs. goons (the matrix6 setup) as I see it, particularly due to the daytalk. Even so, the fact that it's fully open and not semiopen puts that in town's favor still, so... pass on the balance.

address the issues CFJ outlined and we should be good to go; I don't notice anything out of the ordinary other than those
