Reusable TMs that teach bad moves. Except Surf, which breaks the metagame. I guess Strength isn't bad either, nor Waterfall but that one's redundant.

Also, honorable mentions.

I decided I didn't want to keep giving Nintendo my money for the same game midway through the fourth gen, so anything I know is behind the times.

Reusable TMs would have been a godsend during the Stadium days.
