I think after player list is confirmed and the mod is given a access to create thread they have 72 hours to do so, furthermore they have ten days to start the game after that. (I think. This is laid out in the OP though.)

We have devised a system for that each game day, there will be 3 of us that will be in a rotation that will post for that day, everyone else is restricted to the PT, as a new game day hits, our player rotation will switch to the next 3 people in line.

We also have a rule that we will not be personally voting out of whim but voting in majority in our PT before we publicly make a vote
