Not to spoil anything, but waiting for zoroaster to die so she'll be free is only going to take about 8 years, not 50. Waiting for her to be ready to start dating again will be a further 2 weeks, however.
One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly. The charlies were forced to not only surrender the skirmish, but also their world-famous chili recipe, which Sudo sold to Texas for a hefty profit. Sudo is a master of diplomacy.

I hope you feel really badly about yourself if that death prediction comes true, Sudo. Because I'm going to haunt the living day lights out of you.

I promise, if you die as predicted, your corpse may present itself to me for a choice of one apology or high-five.

On a completely side note, I wanted to break up my Ace Attorney playing with a different genre, so I bought Fire Emblem Awakening. I don't know if that's a good place to jump in, but it looked like the first of the 3ds games. Here's hoping it's acceptable.

Nice! Yeah, in fact the games she probably worked on the most hours on the Uncharted games of any game. She's friends with a number of people who worked there, but most of them did stuff with the actors (writers, directors, sound people, etc.)

Did she get any of the cool swag? I know Chad got a pile of cool Last of Us stuff and for uncharted 4 he got like a gold PS4 with a gold plated inscription on it that he has in a trophy case. I'm not sure what he has from the earlier games(i'm actually not sure if he was there during Uncharted 2 he might have still been in school).

Yeah we've gotten a fair bit of swag, but not a ton. She didn't work for the studios directly, she worked for a contractor that did sound work for video games. Mostly T-shirts, shot glasses, etc. The Naughty Dog wrap parties were probably the best we went to as well and were very on theme. Clearly they spent the most money on their wrap parties, but part of that is they took a very film type approach to the project, at least for the parts my wife was involved in.

She also got this thing for one of their games:

Ugh, I comb through this thread a year ago and see Destiny on peoples' lists of best game evarrr and there's still no active Destiny thread on MS. I might make one. And a clan. Because I'm sick of being the only noob in the whole Crucible with no weird jumble of letters below my name or whatever.

Anybody want in?

Is it still worth getting destiny if I haven't already? I didn't want to get it for 360 when it came out because I knew I'd be upgrading to XBO soon, but when I finally got my XBO I felt like I had already missed the destiny boat.

I say yes, especially since there are bundles that cut the total cost of the base game + expansions to a very nice level, in addition to the fact that they usually come with goodies to slingshot new characters to the level(s) of the new expansion(s). Resource management is a game of optimization, though, so if you have any questions about how to proceed immediately after buying the game, I'm always willing to offer my suggestions.

Sucks that you would be getting the XBO version though - Klaz and I both play on the PS4.

So, I knew the new heroes added in the latest Clicker Heroes patch were for the late-game...

But I didn't expect this kind of gap from the previous ones.

Ladykiller in a Bind is the best game I've played since Huniepop, but also it has some absolutely abysmal design decisions on a mechanics level that REALLY REALLY piss me off. I'm not playing a VN to play I Wanna Be the Guy, Christine Love.

I haven't played the first two, but I heard Zero Time Dilemma is pretty stand alone and it sounds pretty interesting, has anyone played these zero escape games and how did you feel about tgem?

I don't think any of them are really stand alone tbh. There are so may storyline "revelations" that really only make sense if you've played through the first two.

So gameinformer is wrong in saying that Zero Time Dilemma functions as a stand alone game?
