The ruleset looks good and role PMs look good.

The cop results should not have flavour in them (flavour in normals should always be public, not in private PMs) and shouldn't specify Mafia (unless you make it public information that there is no third party).

I'll think about balance a bit more but it looks okay? What's stronger than a second town-aligned kill, Cephrir?
