If she flips scum, yes the list may be WIFOMed to hell, but it's something we can work from and use to base a list on. Scum on death row will try make a list that can be hard to work on, but least we can have something to work on and build on to breaking the game.
I'd rather have a lot more information going into day 2 after a post flip.
