kuror0 is an SE so any replacements for his slot must be SE-qualified.

Just watch the queue. Moderators will post when they have sn opening for a replacement. :)

If you're very experienced, it's really up to your personal preference in terms of open of closed setup, game size, and theming.

Pedit: in that case you should check out the large theme queue.
