Because he's not the first person to be banned basically on rotation and he's not the only user who is/has been heavy into shock value, if we're going to call it.

Panzer's posting is nothing new and rewarding a user for being banned consistently is the worst idea possible.

purely devils advocate here, i dont know enough of panzer to comment on how good or bad of a title it is

will the title fit panzer any better or worse if hes here posting with it or not for the next several months

given your familiarity with panzer would you vote for the title if he wasn't going to be banned

i think the stance of titles as a reward is a very slippery slope to go down

dont get me wrong what he did is was a complete dickmove and im in no way endorsing his actions but at the same time we arent here as mods deciding what punishment will best deter recidivism we are here to decide if the title fits him

I'm going to be devil's advocate here, but panzer's had multiple opportuities to "pick himself back up", why are we suddenly certain he'll actually attempt it this time.

Hesistant nth for Shockmaster. I am not convinced Panzer uses shock humor particularly often or in a particularly notable way, but everything else fits okay.
