btw I'd like to reiterate my suggestion made during DBZA that the mod teams consider expanding to 4 or even 5 members with as wide a range of timezones as possible

Oh yes, this was a good suggestion. Especially due to possibilities of needing to schedule challenges between mods and players, this was a good. I also highly encourage reviews. And reviewers maybe being willing to stick around as a sorta back up. There's nothing quite like actually having enough mods around to handle things instead of 1 having to do lots. Even if a mod exists just to fill this job, it's not a bad thought.

having the reviewer act as a fourth mod seems like a really good idea

to some extent, mods also need to treat agreeing to mod as a commitment and potentially get replaced if they can't actually help
