can't activate account

hi, i'm having trouble activating account, cause i don't get activation email due microsoft censorship (i tried send email from other mail with just "mafiascum", never came either), tried register from new email, but that account was put on hold for admin to activate for same IP, so, if possible, can delete Ramcius and Ramcius1? so i can register from second email again (it working, i got email on there)?
