Also, theres always a thing called bluff, which i could be doing as mafia or town. The fact that mod made a comment on my play w/o asking me first is huge, would he comment on mafia making up an excuse to vote town because of name calling ? or would he comment on a town hardtunneling for name calling ? yea thats what i thought

No one has been confirmed of any alignment. A player who admits they are not playing to their win condition should be dealt with no matter whether they are or not. Also, I would prefer if the player being replaced does not post anymore.

There is a huge difference between playing suboptimally and gamethrowing.

You can still play towards your wincon if playing suboptimally, which is all CK ever admitted to. The mod is the one that said he wasn't playing towards his wincon.
