Voker's not actually as hard as I thought him to be; I'm not even playing him near 50% of his capacity (because I can't push out more than 5 spell combos in 3 seconds and stuff), but boy is he a bullshit hero.
One mistake I see EVERY SINGLE PUBVOKER doing, is either going full QE, with no points in W, or simply not using ghostwalk. Ghostwalk is get-out-of-gank-for-free, or at worst, you make them use an extra 90 gold for killing you,

One thing to correct there: the enemies don't need to be <50% hp for you to use spells. In fact, try to avoid being on max mana (if you're not an earthshaker or some silly stuff like that that only has mana for 1.5 spells).

And ward their pull spot. Always.

Today, I learned that you can't morph to 1 health as morphling when you have aegis; I presume that this is because aegis triggers at 1 health, not when you die.

No, I'm 100% sure that I had no dots; there were no enemy heroes within, uhh, 5000 range, and I hadn't had any contact with enemy heroes in the last 20 seconds.

I'll cede the point of hero balance and runes at 0:00, but this only applies to public games - the game's balanced around draft and people communicating with eachother.

Also the naix buff, even though kinda minor, will move him from kinda silly in pubs to apeshit broken in pubs

So did anyone check their DBR (optionally before dotabuff got shit on, but anyway)?

I'm reasonably sure that mine's actually close to what Dota2 thinks it is, but it's sorta far from truth. Mine's 2053, every match I try to find takes 5-10 minutes and uh, everyone I ever get to play with in soloq probably drools on their keyboard.

Not quite, katsu. There's been several times where I've been ricing up a storm as OD while my team is chain feeding, then walking up to the enemy and clicking R and seeing them all pop.

The reason why I dislike Lion as a 5 is because his CC gets soooo much better with levels, just like his ult.

You can justify nearly ever item on windrunner. Actually, no, literally every item is justifiable at some point in some game.

For luna you either want to go treads/phase->drums->bkb for early fighting and stuff or midas->boots->HotD for farming (either way, make sure supports or your HotD minion stack ancients to farm it later). If game goes late you want a manta and usually a butterfly (also a bkb if you went the farming build).

I've been playing pretty much only space cow these past days, and fighting him is not that hard:

Early game he has a MONSTROUS health pool. Can 2v1 dive towers against any hero ever if he has an oov (=orb of venom) and the divee doesn't have boots. Your supports NEED to carry early tps, because a space cow is going to charge at your mid or safelaner and he's going to get asspounded if there's no tp response.
Midgame is probably where he's at his strongest. Be aware that if you're ever visible, you might be getting charged. Most heroes can get solokilled by a space cow here, so walking around in groups of 2-3 (and/or standing behind a carry, in fog, while he farms) is good. Counterwarding also reduces the amount of time you spend visible and therefor when you can be charged.
Lategame supports are recommended to carry ghost scepters and force staves. Space cow will not be doing a whole lot of damage, but he does have 2 abilities that have lengthy stuns that go through bkb, and his damage is actually quite significant against lowly peasant supports.

Important notice: if space cow is stunned mid-charge, the charge will stop. If the target goes invisible, the charge will continue and the invisible unit will be visible, but untargetable.

PMS (=poor man's shield) is generally terrible on ranged heroes
Phase are usually better than treads on mirana, but it's debatable
And you should indeed carry tps as soon as you can afford them if there's a space cow on the enemy team.

See the PMS is not a defensive item for ranged at all, because it reduces all attacks you take by 10 before armor

The problem with buckler/vanguard/pms in general is that you either have low armor, in which case you get a lot of mileage out of your defensive item, but you still take a bajillion damage, or you have high armor, in which case you're not getting that much out of your shield. The general consensus among the high-tier players is that if you have low armor, you should get armor instead of a shield, and if you have high armor as melee, both a stout shield and a PMS is fine (vanguard in general is questionable, but some like it on axe/timbersaw). If you're ranged, well, the shield items are not for you. A bracer gives you far more, if you need a defensive item, but, no, you don't always need a defensive item.

Btw, if you spot space cow charging from more than 1000 units away, you have time to throw an arrow at him and stop him.

Oh yeah more fun facts about space cow: you can use items while charging, including TP. However, if you hit your target before your TP finishes, that will break the TP.

I do think that he might have some place as a 4 that gets, like, treads, an OoV and then a really late mek if you want one of those or a halberd, if the situation is right (right now I can't seem to think of any situations where I'd want an SB, but you know).

Eh but he has no teamfight control, which is a problem. There are just too many heroes that do better in a 4.
His charge, if it goes uninterrupted, causes A LOT of mayhem. I admit that it's not that much and fairly conditional, but saying that he has no teamfight control is unfair.

I think phase 1 NP/naga bans are what Na'Vi are looking for. I don't think any hero is worth as much as naga is to Alliance... unless they want to ban out chen+NP and then firstpick naga or something like that. Either way, naga should not be on [A] if Na'Vi wants a shot at the game.

You can't do the thing that sniper likes to do against people running at him (kite, basically) because of sticky and you have enough hp to die in a couple seconds. The alternative would be walking away from creeps if you hit 2-3 stacks of sticky icky, but uh, that's not what a sniper is looking for

SF, yea. That guy's the magnet of getting pubtrained for the first 15 minutes of the game in every skill level. OD and razor... not so much. OD has his banish which is at least 2 seconds where he can run away and/or dodge enemy stuns, if they have a casttime/traveltime. Razor can zoom zoom away and make an enemy hero's attack become 0 in a matter of seconds.

If you have 25% evasion t means that there's a 100 x0.75 = 75% chance to not dodge an attack. If you then get a 35% dodge chance, the chance to get hit is 100 x0.75 x0.65 = 0.4875% chance to get hit, which is basically 52% evasion.
