I don't understand this question. Like why did I mention William Regal and Booker T? They were characters in this game until I cut the roster short for the amount of players. I've used them to create the flavorful start.

Can you give a brief reason why you SR them?

Honestly, the only one I could convince myself is scum RN is grey, largely due to having the same abilities as me. It doesn't make a ton of sense for town to have two players with dayvig/vote block abilities. I know my alignment, so I could see grey being the opposite. Then again, I can see him also being town, since scum probably have night actions over day due to also having NKs. It's a balance issue more than anything. Will be interesting to see how this plays out down the line. Barring something major, I won't be voting for creature or grey today. I just don't see it.

So what are the reasons for the SRs? I understand how you'd be wary of a town bloc this early, but it isn't as if it can't change in the future, and I see them as TRs currently.

Why? There's only two major reasons I can think of for this.

1) You're scum with whomever the GM or GMs are so they can structure it where you do not leave.
2) You already know who scum are in the other land so you don't need read.

Both possibilities lead me to scum. Your posture here is much different than Maria, who reacted as if it was busiwork and differring playstyles. Yet, the pair of you seem awkwardly close. You both are attacking Grey as well which irks me. The stretches to vote me and the awkward declaration of a tunnel vote do not make sense.

I didn't have a problem with the move until I re read to see how out of place and sudden it felt when I was reading Grey's iso for anything redeeming.

Neither. It's more of a risk tolerance imo. At the start of the game, I favor swapping townreads one night and if they live, bring them back. This maintains the status quo regarding scum in each group. Yet, if one thread underperforms, we may need more risk. It's just we need to get you and A50 on the same page regarding what you'd do.

For instance, if you draft Player A, hoping they interact with Player B and A50 has the same goal, then you defeated each other's point.

Our goal is Smackdown; they are focused on RAW. They want universal townreads, so do we.

I do think you are right on timing. I am not sure if we can talk in twilight. We should check on that.

No. The goal is to draft townreads, not scumreads. I don't see any net positive from drafting MariaR. I scumread MariaR and Vifam. If A50 is right and the scumteams don't know each other, they can get that information. That would have a major negative impact. If A50 is wrong, then they would be free to puppy dog the other thread.

If one of my scumreads had to go, it would preferably be Vifam, so he has to do something other than shade me (which is probably why he doesn't want to read the other thread). Remember what I said. Scum struggle to scumhunt 1 thread. They will not scumhunt two.
