strongman doesn't often kill the BG on top of their target do they? what is wrong with the scenario I presented?

I'm not insisting on poisoner, that was just my thought on it when I first saw the 2 deaths after 0 N1 deaths and was explaining it and had to reiterate so ppl "got it"
