Game is themed after Sakura Wars V: So Long, My Love. Game will contain cop, 2-Shot doctor, 1-Shot Vigilante, 1 Gunsmith, , 5 Vanilla Townies, 1 Godfather, 1 2-Shot Mafia Roleblocker and 2 Goons.
So yes, open setup. I have no idea about the flavour knowledge but most mods don't make it something needed to understand the mechanics, and the only stated requirement was 1 newbie game completed.
