This game is confirmed singleball with 17 players

4:13 is 30% scum
5:12 is 41% scum

5:12 would be really high, but it's one of those two distributions.

regardless, assuming a 4:13 distribution town-Desperado has a 4:12 chance of randomly picking scum which is real close to 35%.
