I have run into many scum players who I have fos'd early flaming me with insults and personal attacks in order to get me to tilt.

I disagree, a small amount of joke posts are fine, but when you are doing it excessively to simply boost your activity level and appear more engaged and involved with the scum hunt than you actually are, then it is worth being noted on like with alise. Note that I have not called out any other players besides alise for this despite seeing other players making similar posts in a much smaller amount.
