So far my PoE indicates schadd_, -Grey- and RadiantCowbells. I think we're more likely to find scum there.

I think RC is most likely town from here.

Thoughts on them?

At some point I felt giga was agreeing the scumteam must be rakkar + ThinkBig and that anyone else is looking town.

emotional vibing, liked his TB vote early game, i think his calling TB's claim calculated looks like genuine analysis, general approach to the game feels like town with like 1 game of experience off-site

but i'm kind of at a point where i have to pick two in {schadd, shade, matt} to be very confident in their townieness to get that game-winning townbloc (very confident in rask, you, and GAYreen town)

or i could just scumhunt but i honestly want to get a baseline of everyone's personality first, i'm ass at scumhunting but i don't think an overemphasis on townhunting is the right approach this game like usually works out to be, feels too slow?

I know the explanation for the read on you is pretty accurate from my own experience. A lot of those are similar tells to how I read you.

But I don't think faking townreads is particularly difficult, if you have experience with a player especially and know their meta. If based on past games the expectation is for them to easily read you I don't see the read as anything unexpected, especially if there was the incentive of trying to buddy as well.

That's what I'm feeling right now for the top 4 scum teams. The first two can be changed either way I don't know whether Creature or Grey are more likely to flip scum, but if either of them are scum Im feeling like it's with Gigabyte.

I don't like the creature or grey lynches right now because I feel Giga is more scummy then both.

Looking through Giga's ISO I don't really see them scumhunting day 1. They try to form a townblock early in day 1, but didn't do much later on.

Day 2, I didn't really like Giga's reads at all. They had Cass/RC as only 2, and town read everyone else. They basically said the scum team was Cass/RC and game is over, but that's one of the scum teams that make no sense to me.

Either Giga is town or RC is town. I can't see them both being town, and so far RC has done more to convince me in day 2 that he is town.

Okay, I'm feeling a Matt/RC scumteam here.

Read Matt's ISO and do a search for Shade. He starts out townreading Shade, them does this weird switch up where he posts a reads list with Shade in the null range and gets defensive when Cass questions him (561), feeling the need to point out that although schadd is a townread, Shade, who is one line below schadd, is null-scum when Cass was asking why he wasn't reading Shade as scummier than his reads list made him out to be.

That looks to me like some dancing to avoid further scrutiny.

And I still don't think 837 comes from town.

rc's hammer in 921 and me not really jiving with his logic when he explained it just gives me flashbacks to my newbie where he talked me out of pushing for a NL in a 6 player mylo with a claimed, un-shot BP because he was totally going to get nk'd and no one would listen to his reads (despite the fact that i was basically his and kraska's lapdog that game because i didn't really know how to alignment read that well) and i just kind of lapped it up

like i said i want to call bullshit on rc thinking that he could possibly be the N1 kill after you claimed making his hammer pointless when i needed more time (basically to make sure i wasn't like this during D2), which makes me think scum motivation

You have played 1 game with me before now. I complain about getting NKed as scum because I am literally permadead as town. If you are going to argue that I have a scum meta of using 'OH I MIGHT BE DEAD TONIGHT' to justify decisions that I 1) would have done the exact same thing as town and 2) did do as town, I will just vote you.

have to mimic your townplay as scum. but that necessity gave you a really awesome opportunity to do something that you can defend and argue you'd do as town but actually doesn't add up from a town perspective

like i was arguing before i don't think it made sense to hammer TB to save schadd_ because he realistically wasn't getting hammered, and even if he did you would still not end up being nightkilled because it's always going to be the wrong play for scum to make... basically making it similar to how there was no town reason to be against a no-lynch in the game we played before

from your D2 play though i've been able to reconcile it as just a difference in opinion in optimal play. like i said before i'm throwing my hands up in the air and trying to start from scratch at this point because every slot sans schadd_ has something about them that I don't really like.
