Grey's play feels like he expects to win. That points to his buddy not being Cass. Maybe I'm reading him wrong.

Tbh my reads have been really hit or miss since I took a several month hiatus and I'm scared that I'm misreading this.

I'm going to go back to reading and see if I can't get a clearer read.

I'd personally just throw out everything post-guilty from -grey-

There's still an insane amount of reasons to townread Schadd's early play but man do I not like what he's been doing today.

If Rask thinks that you might be scum then NLing is the worst possible scenario because that just guarantees that I get NKed and Cass gets lynched. So presumably not.

I'm not going to agree to NL under any circumstance here and I'm going to be pretty upset if I get nked and town loses a LyLo that I could have won.

i can't see anything else but i'm not confident on it and i would like a little dialogue

basically my thoughts on cass in general is that i don't like what she pushes/finds alignment indicative but her tone still feels really genuine

Not to mention, couldn't his partner just have requested him to distance a bit? Would -grey- just ignore something like that if his partner wanted a bit of it planned?

The Schadd bit was more than distancing though. He had an opporutnity to hammer ThinkBig but instead chose to enable his partner being L-1ed and in a situation where he could simply say that he refuses to be on the same wagon as Cass.

Okay, so, if grey acted unusually towards all potential partners we obviously know he changed things up this game.

I guess the next step would be to think why.

Does -grey- know that both of you know his "no-bus no-distance" meta? Is it reasonable he expected this to come up?

I mean if he's playing with someone who he knows knows his meta aka GBT then he's obviously going to change up his meta. Or if partner!GBT told him about it and he decided to change because of it.

Then again if he knew GBT would assume that he would never distance him flying into the game voting partner!Cass makes a lot of sense.

I think Grey not bussing is sufficiently well known that if you guys are friends he would expect you to know about it. Not sure if he would expect me to know since I only remember seeing scum!house once.
