I think it's pretty hard for people to differentiate "I want to make it far" v. "I want to win"

Like the payout system is cute, I'd like to see how that stacks up, but the ELO system in place is good too *shrugs*

Next we should make it that you have to pay a certain amount of your winnings to join "premium" games

but there are lesser games called "castings" that you can play for free to rack up money

It's also a dangerous thing to assume that all 2nd/3rd placers are bad players.

Sometimes you get (Survivor 22 spoilers) Natalie/Phillip/Rob, sometimes you get (Survivor 24 spoilers) Chelsea/Kim/Sabrina.

omg fineeee let me put my foot in my mouth for the tenth time this weekend

but you get what i mean. And it's especially true on MS Survivors where you know everyone is trying pretty hard to get to the end. Here it's more a matter of them having a full grasp of their game and how they got to the end, and then how that stacks up against the others.
