Plan so far is splitting between (Carmina/Will) and the rest + Cleric.
Carmina + Will do something about Wayne while rest of the party rushes devil before he sets up anything.

Dunno any details.

I didn't really bother with spells because they take too much effort for me to decide, so if you have any suggestions for 1st/2nd level (and maybe 3rd?) spells I can take new ones. I think I have like.. Cat's grace and healer's vision?

Does Earth Spell work with metamagic reducers which work with heighten?

More specifically, can I use it with Illumian's Naenhoon? Can I use it to heighten a spell to level 10 when I use Naenhoon?

Most metamagic reducers don't work on heighten spell, but Illumian's Naenhoon seems to be a special exception.

I think you can use it with Naenhoon, and you can also use it to heighten a spell to lv 10.

If you possess the strength to do so, so be it.

A few years later, Zenith arrives at the city of Bogata, having heard the rumor that there is a woman named Zenia living in the city as a headmaster of a certain crafting guild.

He arrives at the Green Pillar, to finally meet his long list daughter once and for all.

"....Oh, Zenia! I have been looking for you for so many years that I have lost count! Let us not be separated from each other from now on!"
"Oh, father! It is so glad to see you once again! ...And I'm sorry that I have to do this to you. You were too late. I am truly sorry."

Zenia touched her father with a glowing dark orb, and Zenith fell.

"...Please tell my mother hello, dear father. Now, come now, Timothy. We have work to do... eheheheh"
"Always a pleasure to serve you, master."

I'm going generalist. https://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=1099503
Hopefully 9 spells per level is enough.
Feedback on this campaign:
NPCs:
Actually I've decided that my favorite NPC was Markus. We all hated him, he was an evil scumbag, and that made him incredibly satisfying to murder. Like St. Harriet. (Though that one I'm not sure if we all hated him or if it was just me)
Jenna seemed like a generally great person and would probably have been the best NPC if she had had more screentime.
Wayne was actually pretty cool. I disliked him during the campaign because I thought he was hiding a grand plan to be super evil and I disliked him because I thought he was dishonest but it turns out he wasn't so he was pretty cool and I misjudged him.
Ferric was a dickhead.
Mizra was not as cool as Sonika.
Edward was an awful human being.
The Rakesh daughter who replaced him in the council was cool. The rest of them lacked souls.
None of the NPCs had positive qualities like they did last campaign. With the possible exception of Jenna who we saw for all of 5 seconds. Also Mineria and druidlady who we saw for all of 10 seconds. Maybe it was just the order in which we did things I guess. But like, last campaign we had:
The cleric who selflessly ran and defended an orphanage.
The lawyer who worked hard to ensure justice was delivered.
The detective who fought to protect the townsfolk.
Even the unrepentant serial killer was a generally great person overall. (She was honest, that's really the best thing I can say about her which isn't completely subjective)
This campaign we had:
Someone who stayed out of everything. (Most positive quality possible)
A guard captain who was planning to throw a coup and oppress the townspeople
A coward who didn't really do anything other than surrender
A greedy businessman
Another greedy businessman
An idiot with a stupid plan who refused to consider any others
A general idiot who seemed kind of decent but was an idiot
A dickhead

Other things:
The pacing was good. Last campaign the beginning was kinda boring just wandering around pointlessly not knowing what to do. There was none of that this campaign. It felt a bit short though (As in, in terms of time spent I prefer a larger ratio of later act to earlier act than this campaign had. Since the next campaign you said act 1 isn't going to be a dungeon dive that doesn't really matter that much though)
Who said that?
Chamber. It's all a conspiracy.
Or is it?

To be fair I think if we'd committed to one NPC more than trying to play the field things might've been drastically different, like imagine if we'd have joined that coup

I committed to Mizra. She didn't even rescind her no-sell order.

And if we joined the coup the city would have gone into martial law, FG said.

His adventure complete, Texas began the long journey home to bring news of his campaign to his brothers, in the hopes of proving himself their equal. He brought with him many stories, and many more trophies. His brothers, now based in Bogata, were happier just to see him returned alive and well.
In the months after his arrival, the change of pace from the split-second lifestyle back in the desert wastes to the comparatively slow moving life outside of Bogata began to take its toll on the young Ranger, and he grew restless. Karl, seeing this, and no longer bound to raising a child, agreed in short order to a change of scenery. Lukas, having learned much of the Travelling God, also agreed to a journey, and the three closed shop in the city, and set off to see the world once more. They hoped, in time, that they might encounter their estranged sister somewhere on the road, and bring together a family that had been parted for almost as long as they could remember.
