For large social games such as Survivor where the primary mechanic is social interaction.

hey skelda's actually really fun that wouldn't be bad except for the ethics implications...

my worst idea ever is a 30 player game. game starts in 10 tribes of three. bottom three tribes vote out a member. tribe swap to 9 tribes of three. continue until 9, when jury starts, but everyone's still in tribes of three. it goes 3 tribes of three, one eliminated. then 2 tribes of four, one eliminated. then merge at 7. then 2 tribes of three. then merge for 5 and 4. then 1 tribe of three.;

I thought the coinflip happened in mass effect? the second one almost certainly was a hyrule reference, in which that twist didn't happen but eldin and tetra pretended it did. First one i have no clue but it wasn't Ned's, both tribes at TC were fair game.

everyone is d3f3nder. everyone is snakes. everyone is xofelf. everyone is reck.

see today we've learned that having diverse playstyles is a good thing. well done guys.

bad twist idea: tribe swap every round.

the whole once a round someone gets sent to exile has never been done. pretty not feasible because you'd need reward challenges each round

shadoweh's never won though so the real best shadoweh is actually 5th place. and playing an idol correctly is instant death.

wait why do i have edit access to everyone's posts in this thread? i assume it's so mods can edit posts in mish mash, but that shouldn't be allowed here because game playing doesn't occur here at all, this is more like a discussion forum.

bad idea: "ask and ye shall receive". anyone to say "i wish i had an idol" in confessional is immediately given an idol.

yeah talking about previous crap ideas like the legendary box is funny but talking about future games we don't even know about was a bad idea.

I wish survivor twitter was the meta. long pms are garbage. but yeah enforcing it would be impossible obviously. any mechanics of changing pms apart from turning them off and on is completely impossible, unfortunately. SAD!

twist idea: pms are banned all communication is done using some chat website or public threads. to create a QT with anyone else or multiple people, you have to post it in thread.

i mean you could just use quicktopics. they don't have the live chatting "feel" of chatzies and could all be made visible to the moderator.

it'd be fun for someone crazy good to self-restrict themselves to two-liners for a whole game.

haha yeah, i was thinking of running a game with a "no talking abt ID guesses and what they mean to you in your confessional" but then same
Remind me why this isn't a rule
ID guesses are a thing anyway. Like if you think "OMG this Porunga person...is definitely drench" banning it being typed in confessional for people to laugh at you changes nothing.
