I used to floss after I brushed, but the dentist told me to start flossing before. So I do that now.

basically what she said was that flossing before allows the fluoride in the toothpaste to get to more of the tooth.

I'm pretty sure you're only supposed to floss once a day though.

I mean, there's a definite difference between "there haven't been high quality studies that have proven the effectiveness of X" and "X doesn't do anything"

I get the feeling your posts are more about insecurities than anything else. I don't care if you floss. I don't really care if I floss for that matter. I do because it takes me like 30 seconds a day, has no documented harm, continues to be suggested by the ADA, and costs very little.

i mean, that's clearly not the case. you've tried to get into this argument several times in this thread before. it's not that you were too subtle. it's that no one wanted to spend the time getting into it but you:
