If Eager is town, Eddie shouldn't have died last night, especially considering Hapa is town. No scum in their right mind would have shot Eddie who claimed to be 1 shot, who would have tunneled town Hapa, with a town watcher in the game. Scum eager would.

Scum watcher means that scum has the ability to hunt for town PRs. Miller isn't a totally irrational fakeclaim if scum has a watcher, because you can logically conclude that if scum have a watcher, town has investigative role to counter it.
