Logistically you should clarify how dayvig works (pm to mod presumably as opposed to positing in thread)

Could you talk about why you want scum to have a no against the dayvig? Is this just to nerf it a bit or is it intended to be a strong counter? I'm SOMEWHAT inclined to suggest that you make the dayvig novice as a minor counter instead (scum can shoot him n1 if needed) but want to mull that over.

Also, is the backup across all factions or just town, I.e. Does it potentially inherit the Bp?

Universal backup adds a lot of swing because of the odds of taking over 1-Shot Dayvig after they've fired vs taking Odd-Night Cop.

Yep. I guess a question here is whether swing is intended as a feature or not.

Yeah and it's super swingy on whether some jackass wants to just YOLO shoot. Like I wanna say like ten percent odds there.

To be normal it can only take from own alignment so BP wouldn't trigger.

I think it would be cool to make it Novice so that UB can actually have some purpose with picking that up

Would the UB get a dayvig shot if he inherits the dayvig role and said role had already shot (obviously this is unlikely given novice 1-shot but not 100% impossible)?

Overall I'm cool with setup; the key roles are cop/ub, with neighborizer potentially very swingy depending on who he neighborizes and when (i.e. does he hit the cop or scum, game may swing substantially on that issue).

Yeah I'm cool w just making it a 1-shot BP for scum. It's a little bit extra for scum that hints at the setup, while at the same time being pretty unlikely to make a big game impact.

I forget: is scum topic night only or day too?

The rest seems ok to me. In general I prefer rules to be non-spoiled but that's a taste thing not a requirement. Some minor notes:
