1 Night Immune Conditional Compulsive 1-Shot Desperado

8 Vanilla Townies
2 Mafia Goons
1 Mafia Watcher
Day start.
Mafia have Day talk.
At the start of Day 1, a player is aware that they're a 1-shot Desperado and have night immunity.
Where there is only 1 member of the mafia remaining, the player will be informed that they're a Compulsive 1-Shot Desperado.
If the desperado is killed, the mafia win.

Oh there is some confusion. The player is just aware of what they are. They're only able to shoot when there is exactly 1 scum left. I didn't know how to word it right

I have no clue about balance. So far do you think this setup is town sided or scum sided?
Does town need a protective like bodyguard or jailkeeper? Do scum need something to counteract cop?
