I have an album that I listen to that kinda sounds like a mike attached to the side of a space shuttle during liftoff but instead of going into space it gets sucked into a tear in the fabric of spacetime
is that atmospheric

excuse me
that benn jordan album is top tier ambient
I enjoy listening to literally any genre but I tend to stick with my bipolar disorder and listen to things that are either really quiet and ambient, or really loud and glitchy

GANGSTA GIBBS, BITCH
Pinata is such a good fucking album, I still remember exactly where I was when I heard it, I was playing smash with my brother ryan and cousin drake. RIP Drake.

I've listened to my fair share of aggressive, abrasive, and noisy music and I gotta say I wasn't all that impressed with the production on yeezus

listened to ravedeath 1972 and tired sounds of stars of the lid recently, both were nice
I mean I could try to get into ambient again. Found it very boring my first two go arounds.
for ambient music, try Ben Frost's "By The Throat"
for drone, try out Celer's "Discourses for the Withered"
