I agree - I would own it if I could find VI friendly meeples for a non-extortionate price.

you could just use some other token instead of the meeples like chess pieces or something, so they're visually distinct, if the problem is color-blindness

Something which is shaped as well as coloured. The LoW ones are coloured but all the same shape which means you can't differentiate them. However some games have needles that are all different shapes as wel as colours. When I lay looked there weren't any replacements, although looking again I think I've found some...

The Waterdeep expansions are cool. It's a lot harder to get screwed via running out of spaces, which makes it easy to forgive any way they could be seen as monopolizing the main game.

Now that it's mentioned I don't think I've seen many games with visually distinct pieces. Basically, Argent (which has a different visual distinction problem).

Got in a couple games online with a friend of race for the galaxy and tried tash-kalar which seems quite fun. Also got in a game of evolution.

I think Sushi Go just does it better. I don't like that not everything(beside momuments which obviously would have to stay) gets wiped during round change, because the game becomes a snowball mechanic and kinda kills the bidding aspect of the game and it's just the guys in the lead leveraging their lead by running through auctions as quick as possible. Basically Rd 1 was fun. But Rd 2 and 3 just become 1 or 2 players bashing the players behind by not letting pots collect more than 2 or 3 items. Also the spread of items just seems skewed. Idk, I'm sure people who've played it more than once will tell me I'm wrong and bad, and maybe that's true, but it felt real degenerate having to make bad bids to stop people from ending rounds prematurely.

Pedit: I want to try tash-kalar. I love evolution

I've just been playing the a.i. and versus my brother so no clue about online. You can buy more armies - which I've done but that's just like actual physical expansions so.

Also bought onirim which works great on the ipad and is a quick solo game.
