I am thinking PV or Keyser scum or Gamma make this kill.
Shos is mechanically confirmed town.
Unless the mod gave a one shot vig to SK which would be weird as hell Priscilla is town.
PV is no longer conf Town because he isn't dead. I am struggling to see why.

Mathblade is investigation immune, therefore makes most sense as the serial killer. The response to the kill in thread and hood supports this.
