I.

General Rules

Don't be a dick: It's okay to have one, it's not okay to be one. If you are being abusive and/or toxic, you may be force replaced and reported to the list mods.
All site-wide rules apply. Learn them. Love them. Live by them.
No "BAH" posts are allowed. Once I declare that you are dead you may no longer post in the thread.
Talking about on-going games is forbidden. Please see this thread for more information.
Never quote private-moderator information unless I stated it. You can paraphrase if you want.
Never communicate outside this thread unless your role PM gives you permission to do so.
If you feel attacked/bullied/harrased etc., don't hesitate to PM me.
Do not take everything too seriously or personally.
Don't hesitate to ask. If something is unclear, ask. If something needs to be clarified, ask.
My backup moderator, Aristophanes, will take-over the game if I will be V/LA for large amounts of time or I cannot continue to mod the game.
Mod notes in every vote counts should be noticed always.
You should respect every mod decisions that I decided. If you feel that I did wrong, PM me and we can talk about it.

II.

Night Actions

PM me your night actions (including if it's no action) before the night deadline is up.
If you do not submit one, I will default to doing nothing.
I highly recommend mafia members to send their night action via PT,
bolded
, and on a separate line.
Mafia members can also PM me their night action if they wish it done privately.

III.

Voting and Lynches

A lynch happens when 50% + 1 voters agree (Majority Lynch).
Once the Hammer happens, you cannot unvote nor vote other persons.
Everyone, including the lynchee, can still post until I post the flip.
I won’t count a vote that is unclear.
Votes must be written in VOTE: Playername tag. Votes that are not tagged will not be counted.
You can vote No Lynch if you want to.
Votes in quotes, spoiler tags or otherwise hidden will also not be counted.

IV.

Deadlines

Each day will last 2 weeks. Night lasts 2 days. Extensions would be considered if needed.
If the deadline has been reached and I’m not able to end it at that time, the thread will be autolocked via the autolock feature.

V.

Replacements and Modkills

If you wish to be replaced, state it on the thread or PM me.
You may be force-replaced if you broke some rules.
You may also be modkilled if force-replacing can't fix the problem.
All the replacements being made is my decision.
Other replacement rules can be found under the Activity and Vacation and Limited Access section.

VI.

Mod-errors

If a modding error occurs, I will consult with the list mods in how to proceed. I will inform you of the modding error, although not always the nature of it, and we can lament it post game.

VII.

Activity

3 days of being inactive is enough for me to replace you.
I will prod you after 48 hours of inactivity and have a deadline to post until your activity overview hits the 3rd day.
I may force-replace any player if they’re just avoiding my prods.
You only have a maximum of 3 prods. After you reached the 4th prod, you will be force-replaced.
I may also replace you even if I didn't prod you.
I may force-replace a player if their activity is low.
Saturday and Sunday count as 1 day.

VIII.

Vacation and Limited Access

If you are not going to be able to play for large amounts of time, consider replacing out.
You can V/LA for large amounts of time as long as you post one in-game post any day within your V/LA, it will be fine. Otherwise, I may force-replace you.
You have a maximum V/LA for 5 days without hearing anything from you. Otherwise, I'll prod you on the 6th day and replace you at the 7th day.
If you are V/LA, state it on the thread or put it in your User Control Panel.
Activity is highly needed in the game. After your V/LA ends, I expect more activity from you.

IX.

Miscellaneous

I will use
DeepSkyBlue
as my mod color. Please do not post using this color.
Aristophanes, my backup moderator, will be using
purple
as his color. Please don't post in his color either.
Do not use encrypted text.
If you want to say something to me, address me by PM or stating it in the thread with @Mod and bolding it.
As I stated, If you break any rules, I may force-replace or modkill you.
Lastly, Enjoy the game!

Deadline to confirm: (expired on 2017-06-13 19:39:45). Failure to confirm by the deadline will result in being replaced.

not really. if somebody is in a time zone that isn't morning right now they could logically deduce that I am in a time zone where it was. If they somehow weren't able to do that, they could ask me what time zone I was in.

my opinion stands, it was stupid for him to find my statement weird so that's one strike against him

I get what you mean, I was just making a small joke to bring a bit of levity and good spirits to any readers of my post.

I am not going to continue this conversation after this post.

I literally just explained why it was stupid to think it was weird. and because of emp's question I explained why somebody in a different time zone shouldn't think it was weird. there is literally no logical explanation for anyone to think my opening post is weird, yet you have said you found it weird. So since you have no logical reason for thinking that, you get a strike against you.

there is nothing weird about saying good morning in the morning. do you go to work/school/whatever and think people are weird for saying that? no probably not so there is no reason to think it is weird here.
