Technically, AIDS doesn't actually kill you. It only lets a host of other usually non-lethal diseases kill you.

my role PM doesn't say how AIDS works. It just says I can prevent it. I can only prevent, not cure it.
the second vote remains at lylo, but disappears as soon as I die.

That should be good since it prevents a real poison doctor from counter claiming as well. Prevents you from counter-claiming them as well... but that shouldn't matter.
