I maintain that people are more concerned with brute forcing their pet ideas through than they are actually coming up with an appropriate title for the recipient / work shopping good ideas with others feedback/criticism and I will continue to be really mean about it
I think annie got her gun is stupid, and I think smooth criminal is stupid, and I myself am too stupid to come up with anything better than rawr, nor am I sold there's a title quite as good out there, so it makes sense I would support it, ne?
Not sure how it can really be my 'pet idea' when I didn't even come up with it.
If I see what I consider a better title, I'll support it.

Now whether rawr is a good title or not idk I'm not defending or against it. But people sometimes try to bring up the obscure/inside thing argument and it's baffling because some titles are supposed to be inside things, that's like... the intricacy and suitability of the title.
