Attention to all those competing in the Fortress: an alternate version of the sound file has been created, with the tempo slowed down significantly. You may continue working on the current version you have. If you can't solve it, your time will reset once you receive the new version. In the event that no one solves the original version, whoever solved the new version in the shortest amount of time after receiving it wins the Fortress.

Extreme Makeover: Video Edition

Now that you just had a round with no team challenge, we figured we'd get you right back in the groove of things with a good one. And you'll be happy to hear that this challenge will result in only one team losing! You'll be less happy to hear that this is because two people will be eliminated this round. The losing team will send in two players, where the winner will return to the team with a Safety Token. Both winning teams will send in one player; the winner of that match-up will have the opportunity to mutiny to the other winning team, and decide where the Safety Tokens go on both teams.

For today's challenge, only 5 of you will be competing. The challenge is semi-live, meaning your time will start when you are ready. Once you have enough people online to play, everyone who's competing for your team will be privately sent several video links out of order, each video a few seconds long. When watched in order, this clips make a coherent full video. The catch? You won't be given the full video to reference, you can't try to find the full video online, and you can't share your clips with your team. That includes sharing screenshots or making drawings of what happens in your clip. All you can do is describe what happens to the best of your ability, and eventually narrow down which clips lead into each other until you've figured out as much of the order as you can.

You will also need to designate one team leader of the 5 people competing to receive one more clip than the rest of your team.

Each clip you receive with be named with a 1 or 2-letter code. Once you believe you've figured out the order of the clips to the best of your ability, post the corresponding clip names in order. You receive 1 point for every pair of consecutive clips you have correctly put together. For example, if the correct sequence is "ABCDEFGHIJ" and your team's submission is "ABCGHDIJEF" you will receive 5 points (for AB, BC, GH, IJ, and EF). The team with the lowest points will be today's losers, and send in two players to the Fortress. In the event of a tie, the slowest time loses. Good luck, and you have 48 hours to coordinate a time and complete this challenge.
