What kind of rewards are you thinking about?

I mean, I don't actually know what the ideal sort of reward would be. Maybe make it so you can't actually go see the title fairy until you've IC'd in addition to the account longevity requirement?

I don't think we should be requiring people who shouldn't be ICs to try to IC.

I do my best to fill vacancies. For the record I think the 24 hour rule on newbie slots rule is counterproductive since it's mostly just causing newbie games to be short a slot for 24 hours more, and that's something that should change.

I don't see why there's an issue with 'shitposters' ICing.

Very few people on this site are serious business 100% of the time. Most people are casual and social about the games. That doesn't make them any less skilled, any less capable of teaching, any less qualified to represent the site.

RadiantCowbells would be the best IC

I think RC would be capable of being a great ic but would need to modify his play style substantially to do that. He often enough prefers NOT to explain stuff, and that's not really ideal for an IC.

I think the only kind of teaching that actually works is teaching by example.

Even if there's only 3 newbies I do my best to make the best game for those 3 newbies.
