Well one, I was confused because there are technically roles in a no-role mechanic. I'm pretty sure mountainish means all VT and goons but apparently not here.

So if town does actually have other PRs then it's not mountainish and Ari lied to us all.

OK so look at out confirmed information:
-Mafia has a ROLECOP
-Town has an END-ALL role
-The game is titled "mountainish"

So during the night, mafia can probably rolecop one player, then kill another. That's clearing out two. If that's all there really is then in must be easy for them to find that role.

Also, the benefits have already taken action.
