I'm looking and it seems that they need two mods with some experience, one of them having two games modded.

Reck and Chevre need to take a long look at themselves if they are proposing me as a potential mod for this. I could always be an ideas person but I don't want anything more than a backup role in actual moderation.

we will be testing a new program for moderators. As a team, we are willing to take on several “shadow mods.” Shadow mods will have no responsibilities and will not be asked to assist in the design, setup, or moderation of this game. Instead, they will given access to all of our Skype channels and planning documents. This is intended to teach people who may be interested in modding what modding entails to help expand our pool of mods. Please reach out to me if you are interested.[/spoiler]

The LSG Listmod team would like to emphasize that these "shadow mods" are more like "super spectators" and do not get to count this game as one of their modded games for purposes of calculating experience. Treat this as an opportunity to peek under the hood, so to speak, at how the whole system works and to decide if modding is even for you to begin with.

We would also like to emphasize that these "shadow mods" are not to be confused with "Shadoweh: Mod" who is a single person who helps mod the Discussion forums.

If you've ever wondered if modding a LSG is for you, this is the chance to check that out. Would suggest.

For obvious reasons though, if you sign up to shadow mod and win a game between now and when our game begins you will not be eligible to play.

Please not too many idols. Idol moves are fun but they can't dominate the game. I think the most idols we should ever be seeing in a game is four (including ones available in auctions).

Well, first all idols may not get found. Second, some idols may get played pre-merge. And people could get voted out with an idol in their pocket (you and I know this first-hand).

Also four is way too much for 16-20 player games. If you're going over three with 20 players or less that's not a good idea.

I remember getting to that website so quickly that I caught an issue with the member list and made it so that anybody that found the board would see that I found it well before them. Had to get the mods to log into everyone's account to fix it.
