Prediction: Bran dies before he gets to tell Jon his true lineage. He only finds out that he's a Targaryen when he survives dragon fire. OR - quite possibly - Viserion's ice beam.

My interpretation of what we saw was that Cersei was bluffing and the order itself was basically an intimidation bluff which Jaime called her on.

He was kind of walking after her. If that was the intention, it was poorly portrayed.
